Founded by Houston rap legend Bun B, restaurateur Andy Nguyen, and Nick Scurfield, Trill Burgers has been making waves since 2021. Known for our award-winning smashburgers and bold flavors, we’ve taken over festivals like Coachella, earned the title of “Best Burger in America” from Good Morning America, and opened our first brick-and-mortar location in Houston.

We’re hiring Team Members for the back, kitchen, and front of the house!

• Cooks: Bring the flavor by crafting our signature smashburgers and fries while keeping things clean and organized.
• Cashiers: Be the friendly face of Trill Burgers, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Whether you’re in the kitchen or at the front counter, we’re seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, energetic, and ready to make an impact:

• Cooks: Bring a love for food, quality, and teamwork. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred (but we’re happy to train the right fit!). You should be able to handle the heat—literally—in a busy kitchen environment.
• Cashiers: Be a friendly, outgoing personality who loves people. Customer service or cashier experience is a bonus, but we’ll train you! You’ll need to thrive as a multitasker in a fast-paced setting.
