Teller / Universal Banker Associate – Full Time

$18.00 – $20.00 Per hour

 

 

Teller/Universal Banker Associate Responsibilities: 

 

  • Contribute to the achievement of the branches overall goals to generate new consumer, mortgage, commercial loan and Insurance Agency leads.
  • Greets customers in the lobby, drive thru and/or on the phone.
  • Opens new deposit accounts.
  • Processes deposits, withdrawals, cash checks and other teller transactions.
  • Responsible for the security of assigned cash drawer and balances daily with data displayed on computer screen.
  • Processes deposits from ATM and night depository.
  • Identify and initiate sales opportunities.
  • Process and proof daily transactions through back counter; ensure proper holds are placed on checks according to regular CC guidelines.
  • Assists any and all retail related positions as needed/assigned.
  • Adhere to branch security procedures.

Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; and at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a personal banker/customer service representative-type role is strongly preferred

 

 

The Universal Banker Associate provides first-line, quality customer service through face-to-face performance of primary bank transactions. This position will also utilize communication opportunities to offer additional bank services and products.
