HR specialist
You’ll work with business owners and HR leaders across a variety of clients. You’ll need to be consultative and strategic, and because no two days are ever the same, throw in plenty of flexibility.
Payroll specialist
You’ll handle clients from a range of industries and locations. It’s never just another day at work, that’s for sure! You’ll get structured onboarding and ongoing training.
Client liaison
When our clients need support, you’ll get the call. You’ll work with business owners and HR leaders to solve complex business problems with HR solutions – supported by a team of professionals.

eXplore
Early learners explore their potential career paths through Genesys Works programs and other high school internships.
eXpand
College juniors to graduating seniors can apply for our 10-week summer internship, where they’re exposed to multiple roles and professional development.
eXperience
Interns in this program focus on roles in a specific department, such as IT, HR, payroll, sales or marketing.
