Retirement Services Implementation Specialist
We are currently seeking a Retirement Services Implementation Specialist to join our team. This position is primarily responsible for establishing plans in DefCon and all related systems for Insperity 401(k) Plan start-up plan clients and clients using an Other Recordkeeper (ORK) plan. Overall duties include communications, collecting relevant plan documents, and maintaining client files.
Responsibilities:

Establishes plans in DefCon and all related systems for new, start-up Insperity 401(k) Plan clients and ORK plan setups – ensures that data feeds to all appropriate systems, prepares communications and notifies relevant parties once setup is complete.

Manages the implementation process for clients utilizing the ORK platform including the offering, implementation and servicing activities for the optional, employer match calculation services to ORK clients.

Loads Year-to-Date prior plan information to DefCon.

Quality reviews (QR) plan setups.

Researches and takes appropriate action to update RS Hire Dates.

Researches plan types, including 414(h) Plans, for ORK clients sponsoring non-401(k) plans through other vendors.

Serves as a liaison for other Insperity departments, including Payroll, on all setup related issues for new, start-up Insperity 401(k) Plan clients and ORKs.

Maintains the NetSuite client management system to manage the milestones and monitor statuses of plan setups and sales code changes.

Reports monthly to the management team the required statistics on ORK and sales code change clients.

Runs monthly audit reports to verify data feeds into all appropriate systems and executes corrections as needed.

Assists Implementation Team with testing new functionality for DefCon deployments. Performs full regression testing for each deployment to ensure that new enhancements do not impact existing functionality.

Assists with developing process changes as it relates to ORK’s, and new, start-up Insperity 401(k) Plan clients and sales code changes, including the redesign of forms and revamping of standard communications.

Assists Implementation Team as needed to accommodate increased volume.

Works with Client Account Management and Section 125 on existing clients with 401(k) plans that go through the sales code change process. Manages the implementation process for sales code client associations.

Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.

Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.

Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.

Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Two or more years experience related to retirement services or payroll is preferred.

Communicates tactfully and effectively, orally and in writing, and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment. Ability to articulate in a clear, concise and professional manner.

Understanding of 401(k) plans, including ERISA and the Internal Revenue code.

Organizational and planning skills and attention to detail a MUST.

Flexibility, adaptability and ability to multi-task a MUST.
