To thrive as a Sales Specialist, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, business development, or SaaS/cloud sales environment preferred
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, and AI productivity tools; familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus
- Solid English communication skills (written and verbal); ability to operate in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision and no travel required
Your responsibilities as the Sales Specialist will include:
- Build and manage sales pipeline through inbound lead generation, outbound prospecting, and consistent follow-up using CRM systems and AI sales tools
- Drive revenue growth by executing upsell, cross-sell, account expansion, and customer retention strategies in partnership with Account Executives
- Maintain CRM data integrity, sales forecasting accuracy, contract management, and subscription billing records for SaaS/cloud-based solutions
- Support sales operations by preparing quotes, proposals, pricing documentation, and ensuring seamless deal execution and handoff to delivery teams
- Execute Microsoft CSP partner tasks, including CPOR assignments, Winwire submissions, and partner portal data management, with accuracy and compliance
