To Succeed, You Should Possess
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with 5+ years of progressive HR management and leadership experience
- Solid expertise in employment law, HR compliance, labor regulations, government reporting, and HRIS systems
- Proven success in talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and team leadership within a corporate or manufacturing setting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred; ability to travel as needed
Key Responsibilities for Our Human Resources & Administrative Manager
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent management strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent
- Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including audits, reporting, and policy implementation
- Oversee performance management, compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration
- Partner with leadership on employee relations, conflict resolution, change management, and organizational development
- Manage HR operations, workforce analytics, budgeting, and reporting to reduce turnover and improve employee engagement
