Receptionist
Our client seeks a Receptionist with a professional attitude and energetic personality to join their team. Their office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
As a Receptionist, you must have a strong personality to keep the office moving at top performance. As an ideal candidate, you should have:
- A SOLID working knowledge of MS Office programs, including Outlook
- An outgoing and friendly personality
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- A polished and professional appearance and demeanor
- A willingness to learn new things
- A “whatever it takes” attitude
Your responsibilities as the Receptionist will include:
- Greet clients
- Validate parking
- Schedule conference rooms
- Order and stock supplies & office drinks/snacks
- Answer busy phones
- Turn in service requests
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
- Make copies, scan, and save documents
- Wipe down/sanitize commonly touched areas and equipment periodically during the day
- Load/unload the dishwasher
- Keep kitchen, copy rooms, and front office tidy
- Review newspapers for articles about Firm cases
- Update library
- Handle any other clerical tasks as requested by attorneys and staff
