Our client seeks a Receptionist with a professional attitude and energetic personality to join their team. Their office hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

As a Receptionist, you must have a strong personality to keep the office moving at top performance. As an ideal candidate, you should have:

  • A SOLID working knowledge of MS Office programs, including Outlook
  • An outgoing and friendly personality
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A polished and professional appearance and demeanor
  • A willingness to learn new things
  • A “whatever it takes” attitude

Your responsibilities as the Receptionist will include:

  • Greet clients
  • Validate parking
  • Schedule conference rooms
  • Order and stock supplies & office drinks/snacks
  • Answer busy phones
  • Turn in service requests
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and faxes
  • Make copies, scan, and save documents
  • Wipe down/sanitize commonly touched areas and equipment periodically during the day
  • Load/unload the dishwasher
  • Keep kitchen, copy rooms, and front office tidy
  • Review newspapers for articles about Firm cases
  • Update library
  • Handle any other clerical tasks as requested by attorneys and staff
