Advisory Board Member

(Part-time, Unpaid Contract Position)

Are you ready to drive change, advance equity, and shape the future of healthcare? Our Client, an award-winning SaaS innovator in healthcare language solutions, is on a mission to eliminate the language barrier in medicine. Built on cutting-edge technology and backed by multiple NIH innovation research awards, the company’s platform empowers hospitals, clinics, and insurers to deliver equitable, multilingual care—turning language access into a measurable advantage for patients and providers alike.

As the organization prepares to launch a first-in-category innovation redefining language accessibility in healthcare, our Client is forming a select Advisory Board to help accelerate growth and impact.

Why Join The Advisory Board?

  • You will shape the future of healthcare equity through groundbreaking innovation.
  • You will influence the growth of a high-impact, mission-driven organization.
  • You will leverage your platform and relationships to drive systemic change.
  • You will join a balanced, bipartisan movement united by purpose and impact.

Your Role:

As an Advisory Board Member, you will be part of a small, high-level collective (3 – 4 members to start) of leaders who bring diverse forms of capital, technical, financial, political, and social. You will serve as a trusted thought partner, connector, and champion, guiding strategy, opening doors, and shaping the trajectory of a mission-driven enterprise transforming healthcare communication.

This is a part-time, advisory-only position, not a governing board seat, and not an employee role. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, connector, and thought partner to the leadership team, sharing your expertise and network to help the company grow.

The time commitment is light but meaningful, involving quarterly advisory meetings (virtual or in-person) and occasional calls or introductions throughout the year as opportunities arise.

This is an unpaid contract position, and in recognition of your contribution, you will receive stock options that reflect your role in helping advance the company’s mission and long-term success.

In short, this is a chance to be part of something transformative — to lend your voice, insight, and influence to a cause that’s breaking barriers and redefining equity in healthcare.

What Are We Looking For?

You must be an influential leader operating at the top of your field, with a deep understanding of healthcare challenges and an appreciation for the immigrant experience. You will be expected to bring credibility, experience, and a network to help an emerging industry leader reach its next stage of scale and influence. Ideal backgrounds include:

  • Healthcare Executives: Senior leaders from health systems, insurers, or IDNs.
  • Investors & Entrepreneurs: Founders or investors with experience scaling digital health ventures.
  • Public Sector Leaders: Former mayors, commissioners, or legislators with healthcare influence.
  • Public Figures & Advocates: Voices who can amplify a mission-driven message of equity.
  • Consultants & Change Experts: Advisors from leading firms who drive organizational transformation.
  • Legal & Policy Experts: Attorneys or lobbyists versed in healthcare regulation and compliance.

Your Responsibilities as an Advisory Board Member will include:

  • Participate in quarterly advisory meetings (virtual or in-person).
  • Engage in occasional 1:1 consultations with the leadership team between convenings.
  • Offer strategic insight on market positioning, partnerships, fundraising, and scaling.
  • Leverage your network to make targeted introductions and catalyze growth opportunities.
  • Contribute perspective and guidance that help shape a sustainable, equitable healthcare future.

Join the Movement. Shape the Future.

Step into a visionary advisory role where your insight and influence can break barriers in healthcare. Help reimagine language access, equity, and impact. Apply now to become a catalyst for change.

We anticipate that the application window will close in 30 days.
