Application Support Analyst
Liberty Bank is seeking an Application Support Analyst as the primary technology resource for the bank’s business applications, ensuring critical banking, lending, digital banking, and operational systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with organizational objectives. This role partners closely with business units, software vendors, and IT teams to provide technical support, manage system configurations, coordinate upgrades and implementations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of banking operations, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, support business growth, and deliver exceptional service across the organization.

To thrive, you should have:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of application support, systems administration, or business systems experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience diagnosing application issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions to support business operations.
- Knowledge of application administration, system configuration, user access management, and troubleshooting, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with business users, vendors, and cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience managing multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and enterprise business systems; experience with Fiserv, Salesforce, LaserPro, digital banking, treasury management, or lending platforms preferred.
Your responsibilities as the Application Support Analyst will include:
- Serve as the primary administrator and support resource for assigned banking applications, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, maintaining configurations, and ensuring optimal application performance and availability.
- Partner with business units to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend technology solutions, workflow enhancements, and automation opportunities that improve efficiency and support business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, software vendors, and IT teams, coordinating issue resolution, managing vendor relationships, supporting system upgrades, and participating in implementation and enhancement projects.
- Maintain application security, user access controls, and system documentation while supporting audits, regulatory reviews, compliance initiatives, and adherence to organizational policies and industry requirements.
- Monitor application health, identify risks and improvement opportunities, support cybersecurity and vulnerability remediation efforts, and ensure business-critical systems remain secure, reliable, and aligned with operational needs.
