As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will lead client meetings, develop detailed financial strategies, and support portfolio management for an established client base. In this role, you will deepen your financial advisory expertise, provide high-touch service, and strengthen long-term client relationships—without the pressure of prospecting or cold-calling—within a collaborative wealth management practice in the financial services industry.

As an Associate Financial Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in the team’s success by:
- Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings with existing clients, delivering personalized financial planning and wealth management advice across retirement, investment, and risk management strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive financial plans covering retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, portfolio management, and insurance analysis to support client financial goals.
- Execute client service and account management tasks, including money movements, account updates, and investment transactions across brokerage and managed accounts, equities, fixed income, ETFs, and mutual funds.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations, while providing high-touch client relationship management, professional communication, and proactive follow-through on service requests.
To be a successful Associate Financial Advisor, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Financial Planning, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required; CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) certification required; advanced financial planning coursework preferred.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) required, plus State Life and Health Insurance License; additional wealth management or investment advisory designations preferred.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or financial planning, supporting client relationships, portfolio management, and financial strategy development within a financial advisory practice.
- Solid ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment and deliver accurate, detail-oriented financial planning support.
