Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providers, and referral sources regarding medical supplies, orders, deliveries, equipment maintenance, and service needs.

To thrive/succeed as the Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you should have:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum six months of related experience and contact/call center experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and other computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and documenting information accurately.
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

 

Your responsibilities as the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will include: 

  • Respond to inbound calls and customer inquiries from patients, providers, and referral sources.
  • Complete intake orders and determine service eligibility and coverage.
  • Maintain accurate patient and service account records.
  • Resolve customer concerns and coordinate service corrections when needed.
  • De-escalate customer service issues and direct callers to appropriate resources.
  • Schedule deliveries, pickups, and service changes.
  • Document all customer interactions in the patient information system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Meet individual and departmental performance goals.
  • Participate in training programs and support company initiatives.
