You will lead all aspects of ASC operations, balancing financial stewardship, physician engagement, quality care delivery, and team development in a fast-paced, physician-driven healthcare environment.

To succeed as the Chief Executive Officer, you should have:        

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Business Administration (MBA), or related field preferred
  • 5–10+ years of progressive healthcare leadership experience; direct Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) management strongly preferred
  • Solid knowledge of CMS regulations, accreditation (AAAHC/Joint Commission), healthcare compliance, and revenue cycle management
  • Stellar skills in financial management, healthcare operations leadership, physician relations, strategic planning, and proficiency in healthcare analytics/reporting; ability to travel as needed and communicate effectively in English

 

The CEO’s responsibilities will include:        

  • Lead ASC Operations & Strategy: You will oversee day-to-day ambulatory surgery center operations, execute strategic initiatives, and drive operational excellence, efficiency, and growth
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: You will maintain compliance with CMS Conditions for Coverage, AAAHC/Joint Commission standards, and all federal and state healthcare regulations
  • Drive Financial Performance: You will manage budgeting, revenue cycle optimization, cost controls, and profitability while identifying expansion opportunities and service line growth
  • Strengthen Physician & Board Relations: You will collaborate closely with physician owners, the Medical Director, and the Board of Managers to align goals, enhance engagement, and support governance
  • Champion Quality & Culture: You will lead performance improvement, risk management, and patient safety initiatives while fostering a high-performing, patient-centered workplace culture
