As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the team’s success by:
- Delivering Exceptional Service: Providing concierge-level service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Efficiently Managing Transactions: Oversee and process various client requests and transactions, including account management, service requests, investments, and more.
- Ensuring Compliance: Maintain compliance with FINRA and SEC regulations by preparing and organizing client documents and files.
- Effective Communication: Handle client correspondence through email and phone calls while maintaining high professionalism.
- Supporting Team Efforts: Prepare client information using MS Word and MS Excel to assist the financial advisory team.
To be a successful Client Relationship Manager, you should have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Licenses: Series 7, Series 66 (or 63 & 65), and CA Life & Health license.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Client-Centric: A commitment to delivering superb client service that exceeds expectations.
- Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships.
