As a key contributor to our customization and assembly operations, you’ll help ensure every order meets our high standards of quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery.

To succeed, you should have:        

• Previous experience in customization, assembly, manufacturing, or production environment preferred, with hands-on exposure to fast-paced operational workflows.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with experience working with hand tools, fabrication processes, raw materials, or small circuit soldering.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all completed work.
• Reliable, organized, and able to follow detailed instructions while maintaining efficiency in a structured production environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with familiarity in Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) preferred.

 

Your responsibilities as the Customization Assistant will include:        

• Assemble and customize products according to work orders, specifications, and quality standards to ensure accurate and consistent output.
• Prioritize daily tasks to meet production timelines while communicating progress, issues, or delays to the appropriate team members.
• Inspect completed products for defects or discrepancies, ensuring all work meets established quality and performance expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counts and material tracking.
• Collaborate with the Customization Manager and cross-functional teams to support training, process improvements, and overall operational success.
