This position is responsible for managing email marketing projects utilizing marketing automation tools and leveraging analytics to drive campaign success. This role is an integral part of the marketing team, contributing valuable insights to processes and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary liaison to the Agency for all email marketing projects including the creation of creative briefs, job submission, scheduling project-related meetings, training creative team members, and sharing results regularly.
  • Serves as an email marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) for appropriate projects and partners within the organization.
  • Coordinates with the team responsible for creating, building, and maintaining email-based marketing programs, campaigns, and forms.
  • Initiates, coordinates, and organizes email marketing assets for Demand Gen, the Agency, and the company stakeholders.
  • Analyzes tasks, workloads, assignments, and capacity, provides work estimates, and manages the team to keep email projects on schedule.
  • Guides executive-level stakeholders through marketing analysis by understanding business units’ business/industry trends and practices to diagnose strengths and opportunities in an email marketing context.
  • Collaborates between email marketing team, One Marketing teams, assigned business units, and outside partners to facilitate the accomplishment of marketing plans with a focus on Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Contributes to the business requirements gathering process.
  • Assists with marketing strategy and development in Eloqua, the company’s marketing automation tool, throughout the full buying cycle.
  • Coordinates marketing automation activities for demand generation functions.
  • Leverages relationships to make a significant impact throughout the organization.
  • Generates reports and analyzes metrics related to the performance of the email marketing team.
  • Maintains effective and thorough communication among digital marketing staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Three to five years of experience in Marketing or a related field is required.
  • Experience working in Marketing Automation tools like Eloqua, Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
  • Strong organizational, project, and resource management skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
  • Exhibits an understanding of the utilization of patterns for repetitive problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms, and maintain effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
  • Manages problem-solving activity efficiently and effectively.
  • Exhibits a commitment to utilizing and enforcing defined standards and processes.
  • Exhibits the ability to apply logical thinking in the development of solutions.

Insperity provides a reasonable compensation range for each posted role in accordance with applicable pay‑transparency laws. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of job‑related factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location.

The compensation range for this position, representing the pay span across all locations where this role may be filled is

$51,120 – $77,580
