Field Marketing Representative
SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the development and growth of targeted vertical partnerships through brand representation and engagement. Supports Business Performance Advisor’s (BPA) sales efforts through ongoing efforts towards the delivery of high-quality engagement and opportunity generation.
Responsibilities

Collaborates and coordinates with key internal and external stakeholders on partner event engagement as well as Sales and Marketing & Business Development events, including pre-event, at-event, and post-event engagement/communication strategies and tactics in efforts towards building brand awareness, compelling interest, and establishing qualified discovery call opportunities for assignment to Business Performance Advisors.

Attends and participates in a variety of meetings (pre & post event) to maintain a specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, and policies of all events.

Develops email, direct mail, and other marketing and sales programs that relate to marketing/business development, partner engagement, and sales requirements, as directed and is responsible for personalizing each of these actions per event.

Researches prospect data and information using a variety of internal and external tools.

Builds and cultivates prospect/partner relationships through engagement activities to support sales opportunity progression and increased conversion.

Utilizes the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ensuring timely and proper event/partner data entry, cadence execution, and lead assignment as dictated by established sales rules of engagement.

Assists in the organization and facilitation of partner and Sales and Marketing & Business Development events including logistics, booth set-up assembly/teardown, professional representation, attendee engagement, data collection, and reconciliation.

Assists with inventory levels of tradeshow booth supplies, materials, collateral, etc., and assists with restocking as needed.

Builds, updates, and maintains team database of all activity, including discovery calls set, in a shared repository for stakeholder visibility.

Reports on clients met at events and coordinates with appropriate teams (service and client marketing) for potential service issues and client testimonials.

Ensures knowledgeable and professional brand representation aligned with company mission and values.

Maintains commitment to the successful achievement of team and organizational goals through a desire to participate with and help other members of the team.

Maintains knowledge of products, services, competitive activity, and other general business information of interest to prospects and clients.

Builds strong and strategic relationships with external vendors, associations, and industry partners at Company events.

Background in phone Prospecting or C-level communications.

Strong and effective written, verbal/conversational, and listening skills with the ability to gain trust and interest of contacts.

Knowledge of Insperity’s sales process, products, and services (training provided).

Sales experience is preferred.

Highly motivated self-starter with a competitive personality and drive to exceed goals.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Computer literate (i.e., Salesforce, MS Office Suite, Zoom, etc.) with the ability to quickly learn other computer applications as needed.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Three to five years inside sales or related work experience is preferred. Business-to-Business phone prospecting to C-level executives is preferred
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travels: Yes, up to 50% of time.
