As the General Manager, you will oversee their energy storage system manufacturing operations, bringing deep expertise in renewable energy technologies, manufacturing processes, and operational leadership. In this role, you will oversee production, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives to support the company’s growth in the renewable energy sector.

To thrive as the General Manager, you should be:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in manufacturing, 5 years in leadership within the renewable energy sector.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, project management and financial acumen.
  • In-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Your responsibilities as the General Manager will include:

  • Leadership and Management: Lead and manage the manufacturing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in renewable energy manufacturing.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of manufacturing projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Budget Management: Manage budgets, forecast financial needs, and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in renewable energy technologies and integrate them into manufacturing processes.
