Intern Product Analyst, Product Insights



We are currently seeking an Intern Product Analyst, Product Insights to join our team.


This position is responsible for working with Product Insights Analysts and Product Managers on projects to refine, conduct, and analyze results of product adoption experiments with the Insperity website, apps, and internal tools. 



Responsibilities:


  • Learns and implements analytical concepts.
  • Helps identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, and deploy/conduct experiments.
  • Works with product managers to coordinate testing efforts.
  • Collects and analyzes user behavior and survey data.
  • Creates and presents reports on the results from research projects.
  • Applies conceptual strategy and actively participates in brainstorming sessions.
  • Maintains knowledge of current design practices.


Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.  Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree. 
  • Coursework in graphic and/or interaction design.
  • Familiarity with UX research and design principles.
  • Experience with survey design and creating usability studies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or GSuite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
  • Ability to work in group settings and/or independently.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task several projects.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates creativity and innovation.
