To thrive as the Inventory Control Specialist, you should have:        

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in operations, inventory control, or administrative support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas), and experience with data processing or quality assurance.
  • Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with compliance and legal documentation; adaptability to changing priorities; travel may be required.

 

Your responsibilities as the Inventory Control Specialist will include:        

  • Manage Inventory Requests: Process recalls, reopens, rush requests, and monitor related inboxes to ensure timely client and vendor communications.
  • Pre-Legal and Placement Processing: Review monthly Pre-Legal Agency Recalls and prepare incoming placements for vendor assignment, including scrubs and compliance checks.
  • Affidavit Quality Control: Validate accuracy and completeness of affidavits, review custom affidavits, and handle shipments to clients or vendors.
  • Media Management: Upload, download, and distribute documents to internal libraries and ShareFile for clients and vendors.
  • Support Operations Team: Assist Operations Managers or VP with additional tasks and inquiries as needed.
