SUMMARY
This position is responsible for working with assigned sales team members to provide comprehensive communication and support to existing client base, prospects, referrals, Centers of Influence (COIs), and internal partners. Manages and facilitates communication for data collection, reviews, and analyzes prospective and/or existing client data that is submitted to Middle Market Sales. Must maintain knowledge of Insperity’s product and service offerings as well as internal departments and processes to provide guidance and support to assigned sales team members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Under moderate supervision and little decision-making:
• Acts as a resource and main point of contact for data collection for MidMarket Sales and clients throughout the sales process. Responds to prospect and client inquiries, ensuring they receive timely responses and involve or refer issues to internal departments and team members as needed.
• Works with appropriate team members to coordinate timing of data collection and proposal deadlines.
• Prepares clear, concise and accurate information to prospective and/or existing clients to assist with gathering of data and remaining items needed for proposal.
• Facilitates data collection calls to review data needed for a proposal and answer any questions relating to the process.
• Assists with reviewing customer data to ensure accurate information is collected.
• Assists with identifying and evaluating trends in data and makes recommendations based on data analysis.
• Creates, maintains and delivers reports to track data collection activity.
• Works closely with business units within Middle Market Sales and other internal departments to gain understanding of what client data is needed, while utilizing best judgement to prioritize time-sensitive matters.
• Partners with Pricing and Cost Analysis regarding needs for pricing and understanding risk exposure.
• Assists the implementation of new initiatives and reports that affects Middle Market Sales Support.
• Maintains professional, positive, and timely communications with prospects, referrals, COIs, current clients, sales team members, and corporate staff.
• Attends training sessions to stay current on Insperity products and services, sales processes, benefits, data requirements, and guidelines for submission/approvals. Communicates important information, policies, and procedures to the sales team members.
• Handles a variety of sensitive situations and confidential material with appropriate discretion, and problem-solves on own initiative, advising the sales team members of action taken.
• Works to improve experience and satisfaction for both prospective and existing clients, as well as internal partners.
• Participates in process documentation and resource maintenance, while following best
practices and providing recommendations for improving and streamlining processes to help improve the data collection process
• Fosters teamwork and maintains a customer focus through positive communication and a strong desire to meet the needs of the business customer. Works with the team to maintain the highest levels of customer service, quality, and productivity.
• Assists other projects as assigned by management.
• Assists with the Client Account Management (CAM) process as needed.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience in related field is preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in sales or related field is required.
• Knowledge of Insperity sales processes is preferred. Experience interacting directly with prospects and clients in a professional manner is required.

• Knowledge of process management, sales, project management and interactive marketing to set, manage and deliver on expectations related to each stakeholder involved in the cross-selling system.
• Ability to take a conceptual idea or vision and apply sound logic to develop systems, processes and plans that are executable, realistic and results oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build effective highly functional and collaborative relationships with internal constituents.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and apply company policies, objectives, and procedures, including developing, organizing, and implementing new policies and processes, appropriately utilizing effective methods for dealing with human behavior situations and conflict in a variety of business circumstances.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and strong presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of the Professional Employer Organization industry and the company’s products and services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate tactfully, clearly, and concisely, while maintaining effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, to learn and apply new concepts quickly,
and to apply “out of the box” thinking to meet new and changing demands from internal constituents and clients.
