As the MRO & Wholesale Sales Manager, you will drive strategic sales growth across MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) and wholesale plumbing distribution markets by expanding customer reach, cultivating high-value partnerships, and executing data-driven sales strategies that increase revenue, profitability, and market share.

To succeed, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience in MRO, wholesale distribution, plumbing products, or industrial sales environments with measurable growth results
- Demonstrated expertise in business development, account management, CRM platforms (Salesforce), data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 60% domestically; excellent communication skills with the capacity to engage diverse stakeholders and conduct business in English
Your responsibilities as the MRO & Wholesale Sales Manager will include:
- Drive revenue growth in MRO and wholesale plumbing channels through strategic sales planning, territory expansion, and pipeline development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts to increase market penetration and sales performance
- Manage and grow relationships with plumbing wholesalers, distributors, and MRO customers to maximize retention and upsell opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis to deliver sustainable, high-margin sales growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to align go-to-market strategies and optimize customer satisfaction
