As an Onsite Construction Foreman/Superintendent, you will lead day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. You will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, interpret construction plans, and actively contribute hands-on to jobsite execution in a fast-paced construction environment.

To succeed, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; construction-related training preferred
- 3–6 years of construction experience, with foreman, lead, or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- OSHA certification or safety training preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Blueprint reading, construction management, subcontractor coordination, jobsite safety compliance, tool/equipment operation
- English proficiency required; Spanish bilingual skills a plus; ability to travel locally within the Houston-metro area for onsite projects
Your responsibilities as the Onsite Foreman will include:
- Supervise and manage daily onsite construction activities for residential and commercial projects
- Read, interpret, and execute construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence
- Perform hands-on construction tasks and operate tools/equipment as needed
- Maintain jobsite safety, organization, productivity, and communicate progress to project management
