To continue growing our group, Katoen Natie Specialty Chemicals Inc. (USA), is looking for an Operations Manager in Eddyville, KY, to supervise daily packaging, shipping, receiving, housekeeping, and overall operational excellence at the facility.

To be successful, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent operational management experience accepted.
- 5+ years in industrial or chemical operations with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., QM28), ISO procedures, and lean manufacturing.
- Proficient in operational software/systems; strong compliance, safety, and process improvement skills.
As the Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing packaging, shipping, and technical operations team.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Drive KPI performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage labor scheduling, planning, inventory control, and equipment use.
- Conduct audits, lead team evaluations, and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with the Facility Manager and management team to resolve issues and optimize operations.
