As an Organic Growth Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to own a critical piece of our business while helping shape the future of search. You’ll work directly with leadership, influence client growth across multiple industries, and play a key role in developing our AI Visibility offering from the ground up. To thrive/succeed as the Organic Growth Specialist, you should have:
- 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven ability to independently execute technical, on-page, local, and content-driven SEO initiatives.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and leading SEO platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong content and copywriting skills, including experience creating SEO- and AEO-optimized content that is engaging, user-focused, and aligned with search intent.
- Experience leveraging AI tools, such as Claude or similar platforms, to enhance research, content creation, workflow efficiency, and search optimization strategies.
- Knowledge of local SEO best practices, Google Business Profile management, citation platforms (e.g., Yext or BrightLocal), and emerging AI search concepts such as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
- Experience managing website updates in WordPress, including meta titles, descriptions, and FAQ content, preferred.
- Google Analytics and/or Google Ads certifications, preferred.
- Agency experience supporting multiple clients and competing priorities, preferred.
- Demonstrated use of Claude or similar AI tools within a professional marketing workflow, preferred.
- Small Agency Experience
Your responsibilities as the Organic Growth Specialist will include:
- Lead SEO and organic growth initiatives by conducting website audits, performing keyword research, and developing prioritized optimization strategies that improve search visibility and traffic.
- Create and optimize high-performing website and blog content using SEO, AEO, and AI-driven best practices to increase visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms.
- Manage on-page SEO execution by coordinating website updates, overseeing technical optimizations, and ensuring all changes are accurately implemented and quality-checked before launch.
- Oversee local search performance through Google Business Profile management, business listings, citation optimization, and reputation-building activities.
- Contribute to the evolution of the company’s AI Visibility strategy by testing emerging search trends, documenting best practices, and identifying new opportunities to improve client performance across generative search experiences.
