To thrive as a Product Manager, you should have:        

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; experience in Product Management within B2B SaaS, EdTech, GovTech, or logistics software
  • Agile/Scrum (CSPO), Product Management certifications (Pragmatic Institute or similar) are preferred
  • Product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, data analytics, KPI tracking, SQL/dashboard tools, and experience with routing software, GPS/telematics, GIS, or fleet management systems
  • Familiarity with K-12 education systems, student transportation operations, and regulatory frameworks (FERPA, public sector compliance)
  • Solid stakeholder communication and customer research skills; ability to travel for client visits, tradeshows, and field research with professional English proficiency

 

What you’ll do as the Product Manager will include:        

  • Own and execute product strategy, roadmap planning, and SaaS product lifecycle management for K-12 transportation platforms
  • Lead customer discovery, UX research, and stakeholder engagement (school districts, fleet operators, parents) to uncover insights
  • Define product requirements, user stories, and Agile backlog prioritization in collaboration with engineering and design teams
  • Utilize data analytics, KPIs, and product performance metrics to drive adoption, retention, and operational efficiency improvements
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric software solutions
