This role offers a competitive base salary of $80,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience, plus a commission structure ranging from 40%–50% based on experience and performance. To succeed as the Regional Sales Manager, you should have:        

  • 3+ years of on-premise beverage, liquor, wine, or premium CPG sales experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in B2B and B2C markets; demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with bars, restaurants, distributors, and retail partners within the competitive beverage industry.
  • Solid analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experienced in sales forecasting, territory management, pipeline development, data-driven decision-making, and delivering compelling presentations that influence purchasing decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region; excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills, with the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and consistently achieve sales targets.

 

 

Your responsibilities as the Regional Sales Manager will include:        

  • Lead day-to-day sales for assigned territory.
  • Align, communicate, and support key distributor partner sales team members.
  • Support local marketing initiatives, including trade events, distributor events, ride-alongs, product samplings, and PR initiatives.
  • Grow sales to achieve or exceed defined goals for the company.
