Senior MyHR Help Specialist
We are currently seeking a Senior MyHR Help Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality employee support services while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. This role focuses on processing and managing HR transactions and employee inquiries, including timekeeping, payroll, leaves of absence, onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and personal data updates.
Responsibilities:

Provides deep knowledge of employee support services including leaves of absence, timekeeping and payroll. Serves as first escalation point for Corporate HR Representatives responding to complex inquiries.

Assists in onboarding and training new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a collaborative environment

Responds to requests/inquiries from customers and executes key tasks and activities in accordance with defined procedures and guidelines.

Ensures delivery of business results by meeting or exceeding all service level agreements and delivering high quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Escalates complex or HR Counterpart specific cases to internal resources (e.g., Senior Corporate HR Representatives, Subject Matter Experts (SME)’s, Centers of Excellence (COE)’s, Employee Relations Advisors (ERA)’s, HR Business Partners (HRBP)’s, Worksite Operations) for further research and resolution.

Receives inbound inquiries via multiple channels (e.g., phone, email, case management, chat, etc.), clarifies the request and assists in the resolution.

Documents all cases in the case management application.

Partners with HR Counterparts (e.g., Health & Welfare, Corporate Payroll, HR Compliance) to ensure all escalated issues are resolved and service levels met.

Takes ownership of all assigned tasks, initiatives, and inquiries and ensures that they are resolved/completed efficiently and with a superior level of quality.

Assists and encourages employees to make effective use of self-service options, empowering them to solve inquiries.

Executes and manages key HR tasks in Workday such employee data changes, terminations, hires, personnel data updates, etc.

Ensures I-9s and other worker documents are completed accurately and on time. Maintains compliance with CHR policies and legal standards.

Works to continuously improve and be adaptable to changes as they occur.

Contributes positively to a knowledge sharing environment by documenting and sharing all relevant experiences.

Brings forth and identifies potential areas of improvement where there may be a gap in a defined policy or process.

Responds to internal and external information/records requests in partnership with Legal department.

Aspires to and practices the Corporate HR department mission to engage strategically with leaders and employees to serve the company culture, grow the business, and make a difference in our communities.

Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.

Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.

Four to six years of experience in a related role (HR, Benefits, Payroll) is required.

PHR is preferred.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Demonstrated skills in communicating effectively, using tact and discretion and in developing interpersonal relationships and handling conflicts.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of HR policies and practices including FMLA/LOA and Unemployment.

Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, and familiarity with Workday for case management/knowledge management preferred.
