As a Sr. HR Generalist, you will provide exceptional service by thoroughly understanding the organization, personnel policies and practices, recruitment process, employee benefit programs, and employee relations programs. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies in support of organizational staffing objectives and administer employee benefits programs and the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources Department.
To be successful, you should have:
- 7-10 years in a human resource generalist role with strong HR administrative experience.
- Knowledge of employment laws, recruiting, onboarding, orientation, training, and compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and project management tools.
- Solid communication, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to build positive relationships.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Your responsibilities as the Sr. HR Generalist will include:
- Talent Strategy & Acquisition: Partner with leadership to execute HR strategies, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning, while managing the full employee life cycle.
- HR Administration: Oversee HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, including job postings, compliance, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
- Employee Relations: In collaboration with the PEO and HR specialists, provide guidance on complex HR issues, including accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
- Employee Development & Engagement: To enhance culture and retention, champion learning, development programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while staying informed on HR trends and best practices.
