We believe in doing the job right the first time, prioritizing quality over quantity, and striving for excellence every step of the way. We’re looking for a dedicated, hands-on Surgical Sales professional who thrives on making a meaningful impact and contributing to collective success. 

• In this role, your skills and expertise will be essential to driving success through the following primary responsibilities: Generate and develop new business in a specific geographic region.
• Achieve $250K in annual recurring revenue during your first year, growing to $500K annually thereafter, with at least 50% of revenue from new hospitals and/or surgery centers. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring all client documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Create and execute strategic plans to meet individual goals and quotas aligned with overall company growth objectives.

Represent the company at business and trade events, and actively participate in team sales strategy meetings.

Who Are You?

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of sales experience in a healthcare, medical equipment, or ophthalmology sales environment required.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time (occasional overnight travel).
• Excellent customer service and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
