Corporate Human Resource Representative (Agency Temp)
We are currently seeking a Corporate Human Resource Representative (Agency Temp) to join our team.
This position will be responsible partnering for ensuring a smooth and seamless hiring process for candidates and new employees.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with schedule/confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist recruiting team with job postings.
• Serve as main point of contact for candidates to support once an offer of employment has been extended.
• Responsible for communicating with candidates about their status within the pre-employment and post-offer process.
• Responds to candidate inquiries in a timely manner with a high level of customer service.
• Responsible for initiating and reviewing application/resume to verify information is in alignment prior to post-offer process.
• Partners with internal background team to assist in communicating with candidates on additional documentation/requests required.
• Maintains accurate and confidential background process and outcomes.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s degree in related field is preferred.
• Three plus years of experience in Human Resource field is preferred.
